Two.
Bottles times two. Burps times two. Diapers times two.
But if they were exhausted, I couldn’t tell.
The way they smiled at those babies, covered them in kisses-
I kind of had the feeling they’d stay up all night holding and rocking them anyway,
Even if it wasn’t time for a bottle.
Sweetest little baby boys-
And certainly the best way that two plus two could add up to four.
