Spent the day at my old stomping grounds, kinda. I’ve never actually been To St Michael’s before, but as a former art teacher, I always love being back in the classroom with the students, the teachers, and particularly the glue and glitter. All the students at St Michael’s deserve an “A” for effort. Instead of having to coax smiles, I had a whole school full of “pick me, pick me”. I was even able to drag a few junior high students away from their studies, to tour me around and help with equipment. You know how tough it is to get kids away from their math books, right? 😉  Great day, great kids, great school. Many thanks to the staff of St Michael for inviting me out. 🙂
