V is for Victory

Although it hasn’t been an easy task this winter, I was actually able to catch some children attending school. 😉  It was a rare day that fell between snow days, that found me at one of my favorite places. As I wandered the halls of Our Lady of Victory with my camera, I noticed the students were having a pretty good time. Smiles everywhere, as they were painting, singing, drumming, adding, subtracting, reading, perfecting their Spanish, building medieval castles, conducting experiments, and laughing with friends. Whew! They were having so much fun, in fact, that I don’t think they even remembered the the snowman waiting for them in the backyard at home. Wonderful school, although mother nature has been making the commute there (and everywhere) a bit challenging lately! 😉
