Autumn mornings are everything.
Cider, pumpkins, donuts, and sunflowers all on the same day.
Summer is in the rear view, but you can almost smell the winter wind.
That little orange leaf might just blow away and send a snow flake in it’s stead.
But today it’s all about picking a pumpkin.
And you in a little red wagon.
Wrapped up in a blanket,
Wrapped up in your parents arms.
Years from now the pumpkin patch will seem smaller than your little legs thought,
But the donuts and the memories will be even sweeter.
