No offense girls, but senior sessions for the guys are relatively stress free. It all comes down to hair. Girls are hands down better at posing, but with the guys there are no concerns from shot to shot about their hair being “seperatey”. Guys don’t even know what that word means, while we go to great lengths to avoid it. And, if it is an outdoor session, count on wind. Wind = “seperatey” hair= guys have it waaaay easier. Smiling or not smiling, guy hair looks the same. Life is not fair.

Collin is a senior at St Xavier High School, I already knew from his sister (one of my favorite former art students) that he is one of the nicest guys around. Collin is super smart and has a great personality. Next year he has big plans to major in architecture. And perhaps a little volleyball….

On the day of his session he did what guys do. He just showed up  and smiled! 

And then I told him not to. The opponent is not intimidated by a smile. That’s more like it! 😉

 We ‘re testing Grandma and Grandpa here to see if they notice that we snuck into their back yard for the outdoor shots.

Not a bad school among these. You are going to have some tough decisions!
